False joints allow you to influence the rhythm, direction and scale of a façade. By incorporating lines and patterns directly into the brick, you gain greater control over the façade appearance and more freedom in detailing.
Using our extrusion process, we produce false joints—a groove that is pointed during construction—directly into the brick. This ensures the linear detailing remains visible in the finished façade, creating an appearance that can be clean and refined or bold and expressive.

The size of a facing brick influences the rhythm, scale and linear detailing of a façade. Smaller sizes introduce more detail, while larger or longer sizes create a calmer façade appearance.
